By accessing or using Forsee ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
To use Forsee you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited, and not be on any sanctions lists or restricted from financial services.
Forsee provides a prediction market platform where users can forecast short-term price movements of cryptocurrencies, commodities, and forex pairs. All contracts are executed and settled automatically using verifiable on-chain data.
Settlement is based on real-time price feeds from Binance and Swissquote. Every round result is cryptographically hashed and publicly verifiable via the Forsee Scanner.

You may lose some or all of your invested funds. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
When creating an account you agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your credentials, notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, accept responsibility for all activities under your account, and not share your account with others.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed through blockchain transactions. Minimum amounts may apply. Blockchain network fees are the user's responsibility. Processing times depend on network congestion. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses.
Contracts are final and cannot be cancelled once submitted. Settlement is based on price data at contract expiration. Payouts are calculated based on pool distribution and odds. In case of technical issues, we reserve the right to void contracts and refund stakes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Financial crimes: using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
Market manipulation: placing coordinated trades to artificially influence pool sizes or odds, engaging in wash trading, collusion with other users, or any strategy designed to exploit temporary pricing inefficiencies in a systematic or automated manner.
System abuse ("abuse"): exploiting software bugs, edge cases in odds calculation, latency advantages, or any other technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. This includes, but is not limited to, placing bets based on knowledge of settlement prices before they are publicly reflected, using delayed price feeds, or reverse-engineering the Platform's pricing logic.
Automation: using bots, scripts, APIs, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform without prior written consent from Forsee.
Account manipulation: creating multiple accounts to circumvent trading limits, bonus restrictions, withdrawal thresholds, or any other per-account rules.
Interference: attempting to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Platform's infrastructure, APIs, or WebSocket connections.
Forsee actively monitors trading activity for patterns consistent with abuse, manipulation, and other prohibited conduct. Upon detection of a violation — or reasonable suspicion thereof — we may take any of the following actions at our sole discretion and without prior notice:
Temporary suspension of trading privileges pending investigation.
Permanent restriction of trading, withdrawals, or full account access.
Voiding of bets or rounds associated with the prohibited activity and reversal of any profits derived from it.
Withholding of funds pending compliance review in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
Reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.
Forsee's determination of a violation is final. If you believe a sanction has been applied in error, you may contact our support team to request a review. We are not obligated to disclose the specific evidence or detection methods used in our investigations.
All content, features, and functionality of Forsee — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Forsee and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Forsee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses or damages, not responsible for third-party service failures, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you deposited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you may withdraw any remaining funds subject to applicable fees and verification requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Forsee.
